Dubai Misr is an Egyptian joint-stock real estate company, established in 1997 with more than 25 years of experience in the Egyptian real estate market. Chaired by Eng. Abdel Fattah El-Mor, the company has delivered more than 140 projects across the East Delta region and the New Administrative Capital (NAC), east of Cairo. Its current New Administrative Capital portfolio spans both commercial (Capital Dubai Mall, Lumia Mall) and residential/hospitality (Obsidier Tower, Lumia Residence, Lumia Lagoons) developments, concentrated in the R7 and R8 districts.
