A plain-text extraction had initially mislabeled the 4-Bedroom Penthouse’s single-figure size (3,440.79 sq ft) as a "Total Units" row; the rendered image confirmed the correct reading: 136 total units per tower, with the penthouse size being a standalone figure, not a range.
